I’m very lucky in the sense that I don’t have to run this blog to make enough money to survive. What I do want to do with this blog though is try and offer people a way to contribute and get published in the world of business literature.
That is why I’m now open to accepting guest posts from contributing authors. Whether you’ve got a little or a lot of experience in the business world, I want to hear about your experiences and any advice that you can offer that can help enhance the content on my blog.
I’m looking for plenty of different topics that can be covered, from all corners of the business world. I write most of the blogs here myself, but I want The Business Online to become a place where like minded people all work together to create an information source that is the go to resource for anyone and everyone involved in business and entrepreneurship.
And that’s where you come in.
Who Can Write for The Business Online
I’m not looking for writers that have only been published in the highest calibre business journals, I want people of all experiences to be comfortable enough to submit their content to the blog. Everyone has useful advice and experience that is going to be relevant to one of the hundreds of visitors that pass through The Business Online every month.
So whether you’re a small business owner, a business student, an intern, CEO or anything else in any level of business, I want to hear from you and the ideas that you have.
What Topics are Covered
If you take a look around the posts that have already been published to get a general feel for the type of topics that are generally published – but don’t let that inhibit you at all!
A bit of creativity goes a long way and showing me something unique and different is much more likely to catch my interest that a rerun of anything else that has been on the blog before.
That being said, here are the main broad term topics that are generally accepted as content
- Small business news
- Big business news
- business studying tips
- international business communications
- Business technology and systems
- Anecdotes (strictly business related)
- Advice on starting a business
- Employee management
What to do to Add Content

We’ll discuss the conditions of publication and the piece can be up as soon as you whizz it over in an email.

Hard and fast rules don’t fly here, but here are a few things to bear in mind:
